      2015 Back then, a small rented house next to the Shahe Market was sweltering in summer and drafty in winter. That’s where Zhongci was born. Over the past decade, we’ve moved three times. The first move was driven by our desire to grow. Like ants carrying their nest, we used the most primitive methods—lugging equipment piece by piece into the workshop. Back then, we didn’t hire a moving company; it was all done by our own people. Our hands were blistered, and our shoulders were raw from the constant rubbing—but deep down, our hearts were sweet, because that “future” we’d built with our own hands was truly ours.

2017 That year, we moved for the second time. It was a flood—once-in-a-century calamity—that swept through the factory grounds. Kilns, equipment, finished products, semi-finished goods—all materials were submerged in water. Standing in knee-deep mud and water, many people burst into tears. Yet, Manager He was the first to charge into the workshop, roaring out a phrase that still sends shivers down our spines today: “As long as people are here, the factory will endure—let’s get to work!” For ten whole days and nights, no one went home. They cleared away silt, scrubbed machinery, and salvaged materials, rolling around in the muck and pressing forward through the rain. The flood had breached the walls, but it had also forged an unbreakable dam within these people’s hearts.
     2023 That year, Zhongci embarked on its third move—from renting to buying—and finally owned its own land and factory. On the day the new factory was officially opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, Old He said, “My hands are shaking.” It wasn’t nervousness—it was pride. From an annual output value of just a few million to an annual output exceeding 100 million, from wandering aimlessly to putting down deep roots—this transformation isn’t merely a change in factory premises; it’s a solid career that a group of people have built with their youth and dedication.

You’ve treated the company’s matters as your own family’s affairs and regarded your colleagues as family members. It’s thanks to you that Zhongci has grown from a tiny seed into a mighty tree!”

       Following that, the annual awards ceremony brought the atmosphere to a climax. Outstanding employees, outstanding newcomers, Dedication Award, Outstanding Cadre, Sales Champion Award, Safety Team Award, Outstanding Team Award, Special Award from the General Manager, and Meritorious Veteran Award—each honor certificate was handed to its recipient, as tears mingled with applause from the audience below. They are not only witnesses to ten years of unwavering dedication but also the inheritors of the Zhongci spirit.

 

       The program was equally dazzling and full of highlights. The office staff’s sign-language dance “Never Give Up” was powerful and energetic; General Hu delivered a heartfelt rendition of “No Regrets in This Life”; Generals He and Xie joined forces to recite “Chasing Dreams,” each word brimming with deep emotion; Old He sang “Friends” to the fullest, capturing the bond of camaraderie; the dance “Bamboo Firecrackers Echoing Loudly” exuded joy and festivity; Engineer Peng’s “Red Sun” ignited the entire audience with passion; and the workshop’s collective chorus of “My Future Is Not a Dream” once again kindled the fire burning deep within everyone’s heart.
 

 
       The lucky draw was full of surprises—winners of the third, second, and first prizes all beamed with joy. Everyone received a consolation prize, and when the grand prize was announced, the entire venue erupted in excitement: laughter, hugs, and clinking glasses—this night, the people of Zhongci transformed the depth of ten years of accumulation into the richest, most heartfelt celebration.

At the end of the celebration, General He raised his glass and addressed the entire audience: “Over the past decade, we’ve weathered countless storms together. Now, as our steeds set off on a new journey, in the next decade, Zhongci must not only run faster but also go farther.”
