On December 31, 2024, Changsha Zhongci New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. held a meeting in the company’s conference room to review the 2024 work achievements and outline the 2025 work plan. The meeting was attended by the company’s management team, heads of various departments, sales managers, as well as relevant representatives from Hebei Zhongci Company and Zhongci Recycling Company. The meeting was chaired by He Jiang, Chairman and General Manager of the company.

At the meeting, heads of various departments summarized their respective departmental work for 2024, reflected on shortcomings encountered over the past year, and presented their work plans for 2025. In light of these shortcomings, and in alignment with the company’s 2025 work plan, they formulated corresponding improvement measures.
At the meeting, General Manager He Jiang delivered a comprehensive summary of the company’s 2024 annual work and outlined the overall strategic direction for 2025. He also presented a detailed work plan and implementation approach. He pointed out that in 2024, the company successfully completed the construction of its headquarters base and, despite a significant contraction in market conditions, still managed to achieve its production targets relatively well. Specifically: First, the company made substantial progress and achieved remarkable results in the production and marketing of molded graphite crucibles; second, it smoothly completed the renovation and relocation of the mullite crucible production line, significantly enhancing the line’s automation level, improving product quality and stability, and greatly optimizing the on-site working environment—thus laying a solid foundation for opening up new markets in the coming year; third, the newly commissioned alumina ceramic raw material production line has laid a strong foundation for further improvements in both the quality and capacity of the company’s electronic ceramics business segment. He called upon all employees of the company to unite as one, align their thinking, embrace innovation, and strive diligently to fully achieve the 2025 work objectives.
